Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Roumrs mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

The Platform is operated by Diggri Technology & Design W.L.L., a company registered in the State of Qatar (“Roumrs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Access to specific events or venues may be subject to additional age restrictions as indicated.

3. Invite-Only Access

Roumrs operates on an invite-only basis. You must have a valid invite code to register. Invite codes are non-transferable and subject to usage limits. We reserve the right to revoke access granted through misused or fraudulent invite codes.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information up to date.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account by contacting hello@roumrs.qa.

5. Platform Services

Roumrs provides the following services:

• Discovery of events, venues, and experiences in Qatar
• Event ticketing and reservation capabilities
• QR-code-based deals and promotions
• User reviews and ratings of venues
• Personal event saving and sharing

We act as an intermediary between users and venues. Venues are responsible for the quality, accuracy, and fulfilment of their events, reservations, and deals.

6. Ticketing & Reservations

When you purchase a ticket or make a reservation through the Platform, you enter into a direct agreement with the hosting venue. Roumrs facilitates this transaction but is not a party to it.

Refund and cancellation policies are determined by each venue. We encourage you to review the specific terms of each event before completing a purchase or reservation.

7. User Content & Reviews

You may submit reviews, ratings, and other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Roumrs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.

You agree not to submit content that is:

• False, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent
• Offensive, discriminatory, or harassing
• In violation of any third-party rights
• Spam or commercial solicitation

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or reject any User Content at our sole discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers connected to it
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform without our written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Create multiple accounts or share invite codes in violation of our policies

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Roumrs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roumrs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
