What happens after the free launch period ends?
We'll give you plenty of notice before transitioning to paid plans. You'll be able to choose the tier that best fits your needs, and we'll offer special early-adopter pricing for venues that joined during launch.
How does the 5% transaction fee work?
Roumrs charges a 5% fee on ticket sales and paid reservations processed through the platform. This covers payment processing, fraud protection, and the technology infrastructure. There are no hidden fees beyond this.
Can I manage multiple venues from one account?
Yes! The Enterprise tier supports multi-venue management with a unified dashboard. You can switch between venues, compare performance, and manage staff access across all your locations.
Do I need any special hardware?
No. Roumrs is a web-based PWA (Progressive Web App) that works on any modern browser. For QR scanning, you just need a smartphone or tablet camera. No POS hardware required.
Is there Arabic language support?
Absolutely. Roumrs supports full English and Arabic interfaces with automatic RTL layout switching. Your staff can work in whichever language they're most comfortable with.
